Foundations of My Practice
My coaching practice is shaped by lived experience and grounded in a blend of executive leadership, neuroscience, somatics, Jungian depth psychology, and systemic approaches such as Organisational and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC). Where it serves the work, I also draw on experiential methods, including LEGO® Serious Play®, to support insight, integration, and meaningful change.
This integrative approach allows me to work with the whole person, including values, patterns, and relationships, while remaining rooted in contemporary research on resilience and human connection.
The result is a coaching partnership that builds clarity, confidence, and meaningful impact. I believe leadership is practised every day, in how we choose, relate, and respond under pressure.
