Our mission? To inspire and challenge you, sure, but also to connect on a level that’s just… well, more.
War and conflict shaped my life in profound ways. More than once, I found myself displaced, navigating disruption, uncertainty, and isolation as I moved across three continents and seven countries .
Each chapter demanded something new of me: resilience, adaptability, and a commitment to keep growing. I learned to reframe adversity into possibility, and with each step, I gained more clarity, empathy, and vision for the kind of life I wanted to lead.
I believe success is never a solo act. We are the sum of our experiences, the people who walk with us, and the values we choose to lead by. For me, it was family, educators, mentors, and kind friends and strangers who made the difference. I survived and thrived not because I had to do it alone, but because I didn’t.
That’s what led me to create Honey&, not just a consultancy, but a commitment. I help others find clarity in change, build emotional and strategic agility, and lead more intentionally, at work and beyond. I do this in partnership with a global network of experts and organisations who make up the “&” in Honey&.
