Honey Al Sayed is the founder of Honey&, an agency specializing in coaching, consulting, and learning facilitation, where she offers a unique fusion of coaching, consulting, and learning facilitation, dedicated to empowering leaders and organizations with creative strategic communication and leadership development. Additionally, she established MAP – Media and Arts for Peace, a global education and talent initiative dedicated to creative peacebuilding.
Honey is an award-winning media expert, creative social entrepreneur, and certified executive coach with over 25 years of experience spanning the Middle East, the United States, and Europe. Fluent in Arabic and English, she is an accomplished bilingual communications professional. Her expertise covers media, arts, culture, public speaking, and coaching.
After pioneering Syria's media landscape with the #1 rated morning show "Good Morning Syria," which attracted 7 million listeners from 2005 to 2011, Honey relocated to the United States in 2012 and currently resides in Switzerland. Displaced by war more than once, she has shared her personal and professional experiences collaborating with international organizations, academic institutions, and business entities. Notable collaborations include IMD Business School (Switzerland), Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service, the University of Denver, and the U.S. Institute of Peace (USIP). Through these partnerships, she delivers courses, facilitates learning, and offers coaching focused on promoting resilience, empowerment, and leadership development.
