A short biography of woven experiences and evolutions

Creative Social Entrepreneur & Executive Leadership Coach

Honey Al Sayed is the founder of Honey&, where she integrates coaching, consulting, and learning facilitation to empower leaders and organizations through creative, strategic communication and executive leadership development. She also established MAP – Media and Arts for Peace, a global initiative dedicated to empowering the Creative Culture Industries (CCI) and advancing peacebuilding efforts.
An award-winning media expert and creative social entrepreneur, Honey brings over 25 years of experience across the Middle East, the United States, and Europe. Fluent in Arabic and English, she is a seasoned communications professional with expertise spanning media, arts, culture, and executive coaching. Her credentials include certifications in executive leadership coaching, Jungian coaching, mentoring, and psychometric assessments.

After pioneering Syria’s media landscape with the #1 rated morning show “Good Morning Syria,” which attracted millions of listeners, Honey was forced to relocate due to the ongoing conflict. Displaced by war more than once, she channeled her experiences of resilience and adaptability into her work, collaborating with a diverse range of international organizations, academic institutions, and business entities. Through these collaborations, she has delivered courses and coaching focused on resilience, empowerment, and leadership development, drawing from her personal journey of overcoming adversity.

A sought-after keynote speaker and commentator, Honey engages global audiences on topics including adaptive leadership, women’s empowerment, and the role of media in peacebuilding. She holds a Master of Arts in International Affairs from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University, and a Bachelor of Science in Communication Arts from the Lebanese American University.

As a certified executive leadership coach, Honey is trained in Organizational and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC), Neurosomatic Intelligence (NSI), Jungian coaching, high-performance leadership, and a range of psychometric assessment tools. She continues to deepen her expertise through ongoing studies, reflecting a lifelong commitment to learning and integrative leadership.

Living across three continents has enriched Honey’s visionary perspective, uniquely positioning her to offer valuable insights across sectors. Her entrepreneurial spirit, combined with her profound life experiences, fuels her dedication to shaping human-first leadership and fostering a compassionate global community through her work.
